Phil Taylor

Lead Mission Strategist

Phil Taylor began his ministry with CrossNet Baptist Network (formally the Bradley Baptist Association) on August 9, 1999. He is a native of Virginia Beach, Virginia. Phil is a 1982 graduate of University of the Cumberland’s in Williamsburg, Kentucky. He received his Master of Divinity from Southeastern Theological Seminary in 1985. Phil, with his wife Peggy alongside, served previously in Ohio and Virginia as a Senior Pastor. Phil gives leadership to the overall direction of our network. Read more...

Callie Limburg

Community Impact Strategist

Callie was born in Knoxville, TN, but has called Cleveland home for over 30 years. She is an active member of Public Church, where she serves as a co-leader of a women’s community group, a part of the First Impressions Team, and a part of the Prayer Team. Callie is a graduate of UT Chattanooga. She has vast work experience with students, college students, and young adults through her previous work in the Bradley County School system, Camp Living Stones in Etowah, and in the Recreation Ministry at First Baptist. Callie serves on the board of directors for the Ocoee Region of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and is a team chaplain for Walker Valley girls’ basketball and softball.

Jena Cavett

Financial Administrator

Jena served as Financial Administrator and in several other ministry capacities with First Baptist Cleveland for more than 17 years before joining the CrossNet team in January 2019. After majoring in Accounting and Computer Science at Cleveland State and UTC, she worked in banking and started a Tax and Bookkeeping business that has assisted area businesses with their accounting needs for the last 40 years. She has also served on numerous non-profit boards. A native of Cleveland, Jena has two children, Kristen and Corey, two grandchildren, Kinsley and Owen, and a Golden Doodle - Lucy.

Jamie Henderson

Administrative Assistant

Jamie Henderson is a 2022 graduate of Blue Mountain College in Blue Mountain, MS with a Bachelor of Arts in English: Writing and History. She is a Cleveland native and member of Waterville Baptist Church where she volunteers and sings in the choir. She has been published in several literary journals and was invited to speak at the Mississippi Philological Association's annual conference in 2022. She enjoys writing and spending time with her family and watching a good movie.

David Hewitt

IT Manager

David Hewitt has been involved in ministry work since 1999 and has been with the CrossNet Baptist Network since 2010. David is responsible for maintaining our computer network and keeping everything running smoothly. He also works full-time as the Store Manager and head technician for Mac PC Market in Cleveland, TN.

Lisa Clapp

Part-time Admin Assistant

Lisa Clapp is a Certified Ministry Assistant with 23 years of experience in working with a church. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Home Economics with a Minor in Business Management from the University of North Alabama. She is a native of KY. Spending time with her children and grandchildren is the greatest joy of her life. Lisa enjoys helping people do ministry.
